We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In order to compensate mental health practitioners adequately for their time, we can not allow refunds or cancellations once the payment has been made for any services provided by Therapize at the moment.

Content may be available free of cost to Users or have commercials attached to it where the User has to pay the price set by Therapize and purchase the specific Content (“Paid Content”) Paid Content may include toolkits developed by Therapize amongst other resources that it concludes to not provide to Users for no cost. When making the purchase of any Paid Content, it is specifically agreed that the User will not distribute or publish the Paid Content in any manner whatsoever such that it will lead to any monetary or brand detriment to Therapize and Therapize reserves the right to take action as it deems fit. Paid Content once accessed will be kept confidential by the User. Purchase of the Paid Content is in no way to be construed as an assignment or transfer of any intellectual property or part thereof in the Paid Content and Therapize remains the sole owner in all rights, title and interests in the Paid Content.

In addition to Content above, the other contents listed on the Website also belongs to Therapize who is the sole owner of all content which includes the information that is collected by Therapize directly or indirectly from the end- Users and the ctitioners and all of which shall belong to Therapize. Copying of the copyrighted content published by Therapize on the Website for any commercial purpose or for the purpose of earning profit will be a violation of copyright and Therapize reserves its rights under applicable law accordingly. Therapize authorizes the User to view and access the content available on or from the Website solely for purpose of activities as per this Agreement. The contents of the Website, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, arrangement and assembly of content on the Website are the property of Therapize and are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. User shall not access the Services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
