This Arduino Robotics 4WD Mecanum Wheel Car is stable and can be moved and rotated in any direction by changing the direction and speed of each wheel. Includes 100mm aluminum Mecanum wheel, Faulhaber 12V motor with optical encoder, Arduino 328 controller, Arduino IO extension, ultrasound and IR sensor.
If you move all four wheels in the same direction, they will move back and forth, if you walk left / right in the opposite direction, they will rotate, and if you walk in the opposite direction, they will move sideways. Because the rear wheels of the platform are mounted in a special way, the suspension structure ensures that all four wheels are in close contact with the ground, even on uneven ground.
