The Solar Fully Automatic Glass Cutter is a fully automatic mowing robot vehicle powered by solar energy that can avoid obstacles and mow grass completely automatically without human intervention. The system uses 6V batteries to power the vehicle's motion motors and lawnmower motors. It also uses a solar panel to charge the battery, so there is no need to charge it externally. The glass cutter and vehicle motor are connected to the 8051 family of microcontrollers that control the operation of all motors. It is also connected to an ultrasonic sensor for object detection. If no obstacles are detected, the microcontroller moves the vehicle's motor forward. When an obstacle is detected, an ultrasonic sensor monitors the obstacle and the microcontroller stops the mower motor to prevent damage to objects / humans / animals. The microcontroller then rotates the robot until it clears the object, and then moves the glass cutter forward again.
