Nowadays in the busy schedule and hectic life, we often forgot some minor things of like which are important actually, one of that things are turning on and off the water pump, this is one of the minor work in our daily routine which we forgot and this leads to waste of electricity and the most important thing wastage of water.
To stop this we are come with the leading idea of gsm based smart water level indicator and pump on-off system, which gives a daily alert of the water level of the tank and stops the water pump when the water is full in the tank and gives you the alert.
Gsm technology is the global technology that provides wireless communication between microcontrollers, and microprocessors like a pic, Atmel or Arduino and your mobile device anywhere at any time where the range of the signal is available this is the same protocol on which your SMS and phone calls come which works on ATcommands.
This project is very timesaving and helps you in saving non-renewable sources and reduces expenses from your pocket, this project is highly suitable for computer science students and electrical, electronics of degree, Mtech or diploma students for pursuing their courses.
