Manually reordering items is one of the most tedious and time-consuming tasks. Other manual sorting, be it fruits or vegetables, requires a lot of human resources and time. Therefore, in this tutorial, we tried to build a tomato sorter that can distinguish between red and green tomatoes. This Raspberry Pi-based tomato sorting system uses the Edge Impulse-trained TensorFlow module to recognize and sort tomatoes by color.
