In today’s world, technologies are growing very fast, And nowadays a new technology iot (internet of this) is very popular among students and in industries, Basically, iot is the link between embedded sensors systems and software to control it, it works upon the internet (wifi) and exchanges and controls the data among it, iot can work on private network which can be accessed by the specific ip address such as your router or else it can work on public network as internet so that everyone can access IOT system from anywhere
Iot Based Home Automation
In the fast era, the technologies are improving day by day and as we all know laziness is the lead of innovation, so we come with the idea of iot based home automation where a person can control its home appliances with iot system through his or her mobile phone, laptop or any other electronic device with OS so that a person can on-off and set the devices like fan, light, Ac and many more such devices by just a tip of his finger, from anywhere any time, either from his office or his house distance doesn’t matter with iot that’s why its the best communication method nowadays as contradict to Bluetooth technology.
Working of iot Home automation system
in our project we are making local iot network with the help of esp32, everyone who is connected to the similar router can access the control panel of IOT home automation, If person press the on button the webpage sends POST request to the esp32 and esp32 accepts the request and turn on the GPIO pin on which bulbs are connected,with the help of different buttons we can operate different bulbs. We are using 16*2 LCD with the project to show the on/off state of bulbs
